Robbie Nardone

Robert John Nardone, 18, of Shavertown passed away at his home Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014.

Born in Kingston, Robbie is the son of attorney John D. Nardone and Patricia Shumaker Nardone, Shavertown, and the beloved brother of Sara Nardone.

Robbie was a senior at Dallas Area High School and was employed by Fire and Ice in Shavertown. He enjoyed his job and was highly regarded by his employers and co-workers. He was an avid football fan, loved animals and spending time with his friends.

He was a kind and compassionate young man with a great sense of humor and an enormous heart. He will be forever missed by family, friends and all who knew him.

Robbie was a wonderful son and brother. He will be loved always by Mom, Dad and Sara more deeply than words could ever describe.

Preceding him in death were his paternal grandparents, Vincent C. and Matilda (Millie) Nardone, and maternal grandfather, Harold L. Shumaker.

Surviving, in addition to his parents and sister, are his maternal grandmother, Eleanor Shumaker, Florida; uncle, Dr. Vincent Nardone and wife, Karen, Connecticut; aunts, Carole Kneal and companion, Gary Burczy, Ashley; Theresa Murphy and husband, James, Kingston; and Pamela Hosack and husband, John, Colorado; and cousins, Dr. Vincent J. Nardone, Annaria Barnds and husband, Brandon, Heather and Allison Hosack.
